Richard L. Jackson
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Jackson Healthcare

Richard L. Jackson serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Jackson Healthcare, a family of highly-specialized healthcare staffing and technology companies. Jackson Healthcare is the third largest U.S. healthcare staffing firm by revenue, ranks 20th among U.S. staffing firms and is 17th largest among Atlanta’s largest private companies.

For the past 39 years, Jackson has been instrumental in conceptualizing and developing more than 25 healthcare companies. His ownership and operation of staffing companies, surgery centers, practice management companies, clinics and hospitals have endowed him with the depth and breadth required to thrive in the ever-changing healthcare environment.

Jackson has demonstrated a unique ability to anticipate industry trends, identify underserved niches and create industry-leading companies. Jackson partners with industry thought leaders and continues to play a lead role in transforming the way healthcare is delivered.

As a former foster child, he is driven by a personal mission to inject hope and opportunity into the lives of underserved children, Jackson actively supports numerous local and international charitable organizations. He is a co-founder of FaithBridge Foster Care and serves as its Chairman. Jackson founded goBeyondProfit, a first-of-its-kind business leader-to-leader initiative to make giving back the norm in Georgia.

Shane Jackson
President, Jackson Healthcare

Shane Jackson is president of Jackson Healthcare, a family of 17 companies and 1,300 associates specializing in temporary and permanent healthcare staffing.

Since taking the role in 2013, Jackson has consistently led the nearly $1 billion private enterprise to more than double the industry’s annual growth rate.

Jackson has also served as president of LocumTenens.com, Patient Placement Systems and NextStart Capital. He has been named among the 100 most influential people in the staffing industry by Staffing Industry Analysts and as one of the most accomplished young business leaders in Atlanta by the Atlanta Business Chronicle.

He is a primary guiding force for Jackson Healthcare’s mission of improving the delivery of patient care and the lives of everyone it touches.  Jackson champions the company’s community impact program, LoveLifts, which supports access to healthcare and the wellbeing of disadvantaged children.

In 2016, Jackson spearheaded the launch of a non-profit venture within the Jackson Healthcare family. Connecting Kids with Care™ connects volunteer doctors and nurses to thousands of global orphans with free, tech-enabled healthcare.

Jackson is an advocate for the power of business leaders as a positive force for people and the community. He speaks and writes on the topic, and has authored a book, “Fostering Culture,” on intentionally nurturing a values-led culture.

Jackson’s current non-profit board commitments focus on education and access to healthcare, including Junior Achievement of Atlanta, the Goodman Institute and serving as Vice Chair of the Health & Wellness Policy Committee for the Georgia Chamber of Commerce. He is Vice Chairman of the state’s leader-led goBeyondProfit business initiative that promotes the belief that giving back is good for business and good for Georgia.

Jackson earned a M.B.A. from Emory University, and a B.B.A from Harding University. He and his wife reside in Alpharetta, Georgia, with their three children.

Jennifer Dangar
Chief of Corporate Operations

Jennifer R. Dangar is chief of corporate operations for Jackson Healthcare. In this capacity Dangar oversees the company’s resource teams (Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, Technology and Facilities). She partners with company leaders to drive innovation while supporting growth and excellence. In her 20 plus years of senior leadership, she has overseen strategy, sales, marketing, business development, research & insights, contract negotiation, new product launches and operations.

Prior to Jackson, Dangar had a robust career in the media industry, where she held a breadth of executive roles at The Weather Company, Discovery Communications and Turner Broadcasting. She served on various boards and was recognized for her contributions to the telecom industry, garnering numerous awards and accolades.

Jennifer is deeply committed to giving back in Atlanta. She currently sits on the advisory board of Valor Ventures and serves on the board of Girl Talk, Inc. and Neighbor to Family. She has served as the Georgia chair of YPO (Young President’s Organization) and is a graduate of Leadership Atlanta (2011).

Dangar is a graduate of Tulane University. She, her husband and two children live in Atlanta, Georgia.

Leslie Day-Harrell
Senior Vice President of Corporate Real Estate

In her role as Senior Vice President, Corporate Real Estate, Leslie Day-Harrell is responsible for the company’s rapidly expanding physical footprint in Alpharetta, Georgia, including the current $100 million expansion project.

Day-Harrell is leading the Italian Renaissance-style corporate expansion designed to accommodate 1,400 new associates in 306,000 additional square feet. Beyond the current corporate expansion, her responsibilities include facilities and property management, leading property purchases and oversight of corporate amenities including the gym/spa, dining facilities, health clinic, and more.

Day-Harrell has been managing corporate real estate in Atlanta since 1994 and has earned the Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Certified Property Manager (CPM) designations. She has been the recipient of multiple national and local awards in the property management industry. Prior to joining Jackson Healthcare, Leslie Day-Harrell was a senior property manager with Childress Klein Properties.

Day-Harrell is a graduate of the University of Georgia. She lives in Canton, Georgia with her husband and three children.

Travis Dommert
Senior Vice President of Talent Development

Travis Dommert serves as senior vice president of talent development for Jackson Healthcare and its operating companies and non-profits. He provides talent acquisition and learning and development services that seek to attract, develop, and retain the nation’s best, brightest, and most capable servant leaders.

He was previously president of Jackson Health IT, a Jackson Healthcare company, and has served in talent management leadership positions in several companies. Dommert is the cofounder of the performance and accountability platform irunurun (“I run, you run”), helping business leaders implement the best practices of elite soldiers and athletes. He has also been a consultant on the development of high-performance teams in business.

Travis Dommert earned an MBA from Emory University and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Northwestern University. He has been an endurance athlete and triathlete and serves as an advisor to The 3:15 Project, a not-for-profit organization. He resides in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, with his wife and five children.

Ryan Esparza
Chief Information Officer

As head of the shared services technology group, Esparza oversees the strategic vision, direction and delivery of technology initiatives across Jackson Healthcare’s campus and operating companies.

Esparza brings a wealth of experience with some of the leading brands in Atlanta, including The Weather Channel, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Cox, and The Home Depot. Immediately prior to joining Jackson Healthcare, he was a vice president of software engineering at The Weather Company, an IBM Business, where he managed engineering teams in Atlanta and Israel to build the company’s advertising, video, and content delivery platforms in all digital formats. Previously, as a global innovation manager at IHG, he launched the world’s first mobile key platform.

Esparza holds a bachelors degree from the University of Texas at Austin and studied at Tecnológico de Monterrery. He stays involved with a number of technology organizations in the Atlanta area and sits on the boards of The Brittany Club, a local non-profit, and the Alpharetta Technology Commission. He is a licensed pilot, scuba diver, avid traveler and resides with his wife, Brittany, and 2 kids in Brookhaven, GA.

Keith Jennings
Vice President of Community Impact

Keith Jennings is responsible for Jackson Healthcare’s multi-faceted charitable outreach, which includes deepening external partnerships and maximizing associate engagement in community service efforts. This includes advancing the company’s community impact platform, called LoveLifts, with a special focus on the organization’s two priorities: access to healthcare and children’s wellbeing.

Jennings previously served as Jackson’s Vice President of Corporate Marketing spearheading initiatives designed to lift Jackson Healthcare’s brand, culture and companies. He continues to support the launch and scale-up of new entities and special projects.

Prior to Jackson, Jennings served nine years as head of planning and marketing for a two-hospital health system including direct oversight of its certificate of need applications, corporate compliance program and medical office properties. Before that he worked with three healthcare contract management firms, specializing in orthopedics, occupational medicine and geriatric psychiatry.

Jennings is a graduate of Florida State University. He, his wife and four children live in Milton, Georgia.

Douglas B. Kline
Chief Financial Officer, Jackson Healthcare

Douglas B. Kline is Chief Financial Officer for Jackson Healthcare. Kline is responsible for coordinating all financial and accounting operations for Jackson, including the start-up of new businesses. In addition, he oversees all prospective acquisition activities, treasury management, risk management and negotiations with Jackson’s lenders. Since joining Jackson in 2005, he has managed the growth of Jackson’s revenue from $100 million to $800 million. With more than 30 years of progressive financial and operations experience, Kline was named a 2009 finalist for Chief Financial Officer of the Year by the Atlanta Business Chronicle.

Prior to joining Jackson, Kline served as Chief Financial Officer for an equipment rental and sales firm in Jacksonville, Florida, where he helped transform its $750-thousand profit into a $40-million profit. In addition, he was responsible for all accounting, financial analysis, internal controls, budgeting and strategic planning for the company.

Kline graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He also earned a master’s degree in business administration from Florida State University. A Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Florida, Kline spent the first seven years of his career in public accounting with Pricewaterhouse Coopers.

Kline and his wife reside in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Randall Mink
Chief Risk Officer

Randall Mink serves as Chief Risk Officer for Jackson Healthcare and its affiliated companies. He oversees all corporate risk management functions, as well as the deployment of risk management across the Jackson portfolio of companies, including insurance procurement, litigation management, captive management, acquisition due diligence, compliance and an array of other responsibilities.

Mink has 30 years of corporate healthcare experience. He previously worked for HealthSouth Corporation (and Surgical Care Affiliates-spinoff Company) and US Pipe. Positions he held include Senior Vice President, Human Resources & Risk Management and Senior Vice President Risk Management & Corporate Ancillary Services.

Mink’s primary focus is, and has always been, risk management but he has additional experience in human resources management, management training and education, clinical education, quality standards, HIPAA compliance, corporate security, captive insurance company board, records management, corporate campus supervision and company-wide budgeting.

Mink is a graduate of University of Alabama. He is also a licensed broker. A Birmingham, Alabama native, he currently resides in Atlanta.

Anne Patton
Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Communications

Anne Patton serves as vice president of marketing and corporate communications for Jackson Healthcare, and is responsible for strategy and execution of corporate branding, marketing communications, content marketing, digital marketing, research, and associate communications and engagement that support the growth of Jackson Healthcare and its family of specialized healthcare staffing, search and technology companies.

With more than 20 years of experience, Patton has developed, managed and executed strategies across an array of marketing disciplines—from branding and positioning, to analyst relations, public relations and advertising, and from digital marketing and thought leadership, to product/service launches and customer marketing campaigns. Additional areas of focus have included M&A communications, and support for evolving sales enablement and customer experience functions.

Before joining Jackson Healthcare, Patton served in similar leadership positions in the high-tech and enterprise software space. Prior to that, she worked in communications roles on the agency side, serving B2B and B2C national and global brands. Patton is a member of the American Marketing Association and Public Relations Society of America, and serves in volunteer capacities in the education and private sector. She holds a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University Missouri-Columbia.

Robyn Smith
Senior Vice President of Human Resources

Robyn Smith is senior vice president of human resources for Jackson Healthcare and actively participates in guiding the company’s strategic direction. She is responsible for human resources, the human capital management system, and developing and shaping employee relations and employment policies and practices. Under Smith’s guidance, Jackson Healthcare has been named Best Place to Work in Atlanta among large companies for three successive years (2014-2016) and has been awarded first (2015) and second (2016) place as Healthiest Work Place in Atlanta.

Before joining Jackson Healthcare, she served in a similar position for a global software company and was a human resources professional in healthcare-related and staffing firms. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Smith is a graduate of Kennesaw State University and resides with her husband in Atlanta.

MaryJane Stevens
Chief Accounting Officer

Maryjane Stevens is chief accounting officer for Jackson Healthcare. She is responsible for all aspects of the company’s accounting functions, including financial systems, payroll, financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury management. In addition, Stevens’ team provides accounting expertise to small and start-up entities within the Jackson Healthcare operating system. Her focus on Growth of the accounting team in continual improvement and excellence and on implementing Wisdom throughout the accounting function support the company’s values.

Prior to joining Jackson Healthcare, Stevens served in a number of senior accounting positions at privately held technology companies in Atlanta, ranging from start-ups to billion-dollar companies. Maryjane has also worked for KPMG in Boston and Nassau, Bahamas, and for a large publicly traded manufacturing company in Massachusetts.

Maryjane Stevens is a graduate of Bentley University and is a CPA. She and her husband reside in Roswell, Georgia.

Dennis Stockwell
General Counsel, Jackson Healthcare

Dennis Stockwell serves as General Counsel for Jackson Healthcare and its affiliated companies. He is responsible for legal affairs involving Jackson, including general corporate matters, contracts and intellectual property. In addition, Stockwell provides legal services support for all of the Jackson operating entities.

Prior to joining Jackson, Stockwell served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for TurboChef Technologies, Inc., and PracticeWorks, Inc., both publicly-traded companies. He previously was a corporate and securities attorney in Atlanta and served as an officer in the U.S. Navy.

Stockwell brings a wealth of experience involving general business and transactional legal issues and corporate governance. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, he earned a master’s degree from University of Rhode Island and his juris doctorate from Harvard Law School.

Stockwell and his wife reside in Braselton, Georgia.
