Leslie Kurtz
Chief Financial Officer
Leslie Kurtz serves as chief financial officer for Jackson Healthcare. In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of the organization’s financial functions, including accounting, audit, tax, treasury, corporate finance, financial planning and analysis. In addition, Leslie leads Jackson Healthcare’s risk management and information technology functions.
With more than 30 years of progressive experience in finance and operating roles, Leslie has deep expertise in creating systems and processes to support rapidly growing businesses. She has established a reputation for building high performing teams, and for aligning financial and operational goals to support business strategy and growth. Before joining Jackson Healthcare, she was CFO at MedQuest Associates. Prior to that, she worked with multiple companies in accounting and operational senior leadership roles, including Arthur Andersen, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Irwin & Browning and Right Management.
Leslie serves on a number of nonprofit boards, including Junior Achievement of Georgia, FaithBridge Foster Care and Voices for Georgia’s Children. She also is on the advisory board of the CFO Forum in Atlanta and is a member of the CFO Roundtable and The Women’s Collective. In 2019, she was recognized by the CFO Forum, receiving its Annual Preeminence Award. Leslie graduated with honors from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance, and is a CPA licensed in the state of Georgia.
