Leslie Kurtz
Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer
Leslie Kurtz serves as chief operating officer and chief financial officer for Jackson Healthcare. In these roles, she provides strategic guidance to the corporate executive leadership team of the Jackson Healthcare parent company – driving cross-functional alignment, building scalable infrastructure, and capitalizing on synergies to support the businesses that are part of the organization’s family of companies. As COO and CFO, Leslie directs financial strategy and stewardship, and leads key corporate functions, including accounting and finance, community impact, enterprise program management, human resources, information technology, property management and risk management.
With more than 30 years of experience in finance and operations roles, Leslie has deep expertise in creating systems and processes, building high performing teams, and aligning goals to support business strategy and growth. Before Jackson Healthcare, Leslie was CFO at MedQuest Associates. Prior to that, she worked in accounting and operational senior leadership roles at Arthur Andersen, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Irwin & Browning and Right Management.
Leslie serves on multiple nonprofit boards, including Junior Achievement of Georgia, FaithBridge Foster Care, Fostering Success Act, Inc. and King’s Ridge Christian School — and on the advisory board of the CFO Forum in Atlanta. She also is a member of the CFO Roundtable and The Women’s Collective; is a recipient of the CFO Forum’s Preeminence Award; and has been named to SIA’s Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list. Leslie graduated with honors from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance, and is a CPA licensed in the state of Georgia.
