A seasoned healthcare executive with more than 25 years of experience, Preston is board certified in healthcare management as a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
Prior to his current position, Preston built a career in healthcare law and public service. Widely recognized for patient-centered advocacy and healthcare reform, he was named “Legislator of the Year” by a spectrum of healthcare organizations, recognized among the “100 Most Influential Georgians” by Georgia Trend, and ranked #1 nationally by the American Justice Partnership as a “National Hero” of the legal reform movement in the U.S.
Preston joined the Jackson Healthcare family of companies as president of Tyler & Company in 2016, and before holding that role, he was president of anesthesia for a national, multi-specialty professional medical service company, later serving as chief revenue officer and chief compliance officer for its parent company. Preston holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia.
