Kim Howard is president of Jackson Nurse Professionals, LRS Healthcare and Jackson Healthcare Government Services. Across the three brands, she is responsible for shaping and executing strategies to provide qualified healthcare professionals to organizations nationwide. Under her leadership, Jackson Nurse Professionals is dedicated to meeting critical patient care needs by delivering comprehensive nurse staffing solutions, and LRS Healthcare connects both nurse and allied health professionals to medical facilities, offering a comprehensive suite of flexible staffing solutions. Jackson Healthcare Government Services provides healthcare staffing and support services to all tiers of federal, state and municipal government.

With more than 20 years in the healthcare staffing and workforce solutions market, Kim brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. Having dedicated her career to helping ensure client needs are met with the optimal blend of highly qualified clinicians, she is laser-focused on client satisfaction, the caregiver experience and helping deliver the very best in patient care.

Prior to joining the Jackson Healthcare family of companies, Kim held a wide range of leadership roles – including positions in client services, sales and business development, and managed service provider (MSP) programs – at some of the largest firms in the healthcare staffing industry. Most recently, she was chief client officer at Nomad Healthcare, a leader in the marketplace technology space in allied and travel nurse staffing.

Kim has twice been named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ “Global Power 150 Women in Staffing” list, which recognizes leaders who have made significant contributions to the workforce ecosystem.
