Kim Howard

With more than 20 years in the healthcare staffing and workforce solutions market, Kim brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. Known for her commitment to client satisfaction, and the delivery of quality care and positive patient outcomes, Kim is laser-focused on placing highly qualified clinicians when and where they are needed.

Prior to joining Jackson Nurse Professionals in 2024, Kim held a wide range of leadership roles – including positions in client services, sales and business development, and managed service provider (MSP) programs – at some of the largest firms in the healthcare staffing industry. Most recently, she was chief client officer at Nomad Healthcare, a leader in the marketplace technology space in allied and travel nurse staffing.

Kim has twice been named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ “Global Power 150 Women in Staffing” list, which recognizes leaders who have made significant contributions to the workforce ecosystem.
