As co-principal and chief operating officer, Katy oversees all operations – from finance and payroll to human resources and IT – driving innovation to ensure Parker Staffing remains at the forefront of the industry. As a champion of the company’s values and culture, she also focuses on employee development as a key driver of sustained growth. With 25 years of experience in technology and professional services, Katy has built start-ups and consulted for global technology firms prior to joining the company.
As co-principal and executive vice president, Lindsay Lundberg leads the sales and recruiting teams at Parker Staffing, overseeing all aspects of business development and client care. Her responsibilities include cultivating strong client relationships, building the company’s brand and driving national expansion efforts. Bringing over 20 years of high-level sales management experience to her role, Lindsay’s results-driven approach fuels client and company success. During her tenure, she has been recognized as a “Top Staffing Leader to Watch” by Candidate.ly’s World Staffing Awards and named to the Puget Sound Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” list.
