Greg Gossett serves as president of Kimedics, a leading workforce management provider squarely focused on helping organizations optimize their healthcare workforce. Through its robust workforce management platform built specifically for the healthcare market, Kimedics manages and collaborates with healthcare providers, healthcare operators and healthcare partners to efficiently deploy clinical staff within and between organizations.

In this position, Greg sets the company’s strategic direction, driving innovation and helping transform healthcare operations for clients of all sizes nationwide. With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare leadership, he is known for his passion for developing scalable, technology-driven solutions that fuel business growth and improve the delivery of patient care. To his role, he brings deep expertise in strategic planning, client relations and engagement, sales and marketing.

Prior to joining Kimedics, Greg was founder and CEO of HealthAware, a digital health company focused on health risk assessments and patient engagement tools designed to help people lead healthier lives. The tools, which Greg credits with saving his own father’s life, were the first of their kind and helped set a new standard for proactive patient outreach and preventive care. Following the company’s acquisition by Unlock Health in 2023, he served as vice president of customer success, partnering with hundreds of healthcare systems and blood banks to drive patient conversions and enhance donor outreach through innovative technology solutions.

Earlier in his career, Greg was president of Byrne Healthcare, where he was on the design team that built a national network of virtual early detection centers in collaboration with more than 250 health systems hospitals and healthcare providers.

Greg holds an MBA from the University of Colorado Boulder and Bachelor of Science in Psychology degree from the University of Arizona.
