Bobbi Henson is president of Jackson HealthPros, Jackson Pharmacy Professionals (Jackson PharmacyPros), and Jackson Therapy Partners. Under her leadership, Jackson HealthPros and Jackson Therapy Partners provide highly skilled therapists and allied healthcare professionals for short and long-term contracts, contract-to-hire and direct hire needs – and as a full-service pharmacy staffing agency, Jackson PharmacyPros connects highly skilled candidates to pharmacy settings nationwide. Across the three brands, Bobbi shapes and guides the companies’ overarching strategies for recruitment, sales, business development, client services and customer success.
With more than 30 years of staffing experience, Bobbi is the guiding force behind a dynamic culture that fosters leadership development, longevity and an inclusive, supportive and results-driven team environment. Prior to her current position, she was senior vice president of operations at Jackson Healthcare’s nurse, allied and healthcare staffing and technology brands. In this capacity, she spearheaded initiatives for shared service teams, including IT, finance and accounting, credentialing and compliance and marketing.
Other leadership roles Bobbi has held include vice president of recruitment for Healthtrust, formerly Parallon Workforce Solutions, and vice president of operations for Nursefinders Travel, part of Nursefinders, Inc., where she provided sales and operational leadership for three travel brands: Nursefinders Travel, National Healthcare Staffing and Medfinders Travel.
Driven by a commitment to serving others, Bobbi volunteers for several nonprofit organizations, including One-Heart, Great Oaks Village, Second Harvest Food Bank and Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. She also previously served on the board for the National Association of Travel Healthcare Organizations (NATHO).
