Your next strategic career move awaits: Jackson Physician Search is seeking a Recruiting Intern to help grow our Executive Recruitment Division. We’re looking for a high-energy, competitive, and driven individual who’s eager to learn more about the healthcare executive search industry.

Essential Duties:

• Learn to use tools and databases to identify prospective candidates.
• Research and create a list of potential candidates and clients by using tools and databases.
• Update the current internal client and provider database with recruitment-related activity.
• Maintain accuracy and organize candidate and client pipelines in an effective and usable manner into Excel.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Actively enrolled student (Sophomore, Junior, or Senior) in a 4-year degree program at an accredited college or university.
• Interest in healthcare, recruitment, and/or sales.
• Excellent sourcing and researching skills.
• Confident, energetic, and professional presence: ability to effectively build relationships.
• Interpersonal, strategic communication, and detail-oriented skills required.
• Strong organizational and computer skills required. Preferably in Microsoft Suite.
• Clean background report and verifiable references.
