Position Overview: National Recruiter (Inside Sales)
As a National Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in connecting talented therapists with career-changing opportunities across the country. This is a high-energy, relationship-driven sales role where your ability to build trust, move quickly, and deliver results directly drives your success.
What You’ll Do
• Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with therapists, clients, and internal team members.
• Negotiate placement packages to create successful, mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Provide ongoing support to traveling clinicians to enhance retention and develop future talent pipelines.

Qualifications
• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for competition and achieving goals.
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Candidates must be willing to work in a hybrid arrangement or fully onsite, Monday–Friday, in our Maitland, Florida office, based on managerial discretion.
