Job Summary:

Recruiters are the primary contact that thousands of clinicians have with Jackson Pharmacy Professionals, Jackson Therapy Partners, and Jackson Health Pros every year and are responsible for aggressively sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and selling available permanent healthcare jobs nationwide to the best qualified candidates. Provide follow through with placed clinicians and continue to develop a pipeline for future placements. Maintain professional relations with clinicians, clients, and team. Keep managers and team well informed of progress and recruiting activities. Make independent judgments and choices consistent with company policies and goals.

Job Description:

  • Meet or exceed individual and team recruitment goals as well as weekly key metrics.

  • Develop recruitment strategies to achieve required margin goals.

  • Meet with managers to develop specific recruitment plans.

  • Proactively sources applicants and qualified candidates for open positions using internal and external resources.

  • Manage leads through the sales pipeline by following up on leads and moving them through the recruitment cycle.

  • Match candidates to customer requirements, and close job orders for defined positions.

  • Manages candidates through the employment process including collection of necessary documentation, scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks.

  • Negotiate placement packages with clinicians on behalf of clients when needed including salary, relocation, bonuses, etc.

  • Communicate with sales team and clinicians regarding the outcome of the negotiations/proposals by providing clear details, critical timeframes, and expectations of the client companies. 

  • Facilitates the interview and hiring process between the candidate and the external client with the account manager.

  • Responsible for the overall relationship with the clinician and act as a liaison between the clinician and the account manager. 

  • Provide follow through and maintain on-going contact with placed clinicians during their guaranteed placement term through phone and email communication.

  • Cultivate relationships with active and passive candidates, building a strong pipeline for on-going and future job orders.

  • Establish and maintain on-going client relationships through the sales team and various parties to identify and effectively responds to any critical gaps in the execution of the research strategy.

  • Updates clinician profiles and preferences into the computer database.

  • Makes a record of all inquiries and contacts with clinicians within the database.

  • Ensures that candidate resumes meet the established standard for both content and formatting. 

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent. B.A. or B.S. degree preferred.                 

  • Basic understanding of recruiting processes and strategies.                            

  • One year or more of related experience in recruiting or a related field.        

  • Goal-driven high performer.

  • Good customer service and public relations. 

  • Knowledge of related computer applications including database entry.

  • A disciplined self-starter able to work effectively in a virtual environment. 

  • Excellent phone and text messaging skills.

  • Able to work well independently and in a team environment.

  • Attention to detail and solid organizational skills.

  • The ability to accept constructive criticism and learn from mistakes.

  • Track record of success achieving established goals and production targets.

We are seeking applicants that can work remotely and live in AL, AR, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, VA, TX, VT, WI, WV that will allow them to travel easily to client sites and company meetings. Must be able to work 8:30am-5:30pm EST.
