Job Description Summary

Working in conjunction with the Director of Client Services and the account management team the Account Manager Associate provides multi-faceted support for account management. This position is key to the success and continued growth of the account management team by providing seamless coverage and support.  This position will provide administration in the areas of submittals, client and vendor communication, reporting, and data entry/maintenance and will have a high degree of interaction with account managers and clients.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide administration and support to sales team for Jackson Therapy Partners
  • Works closely with account managers to facilitate the uploading of required submittal/profile documents to client portal / VMS system.
  • Works closely with account managers and credentialing team to facilitate the uploading of essential documents needed for contract assignments to start in accordance with client requirements.
  • Communicates as needed with Clients for Jackson Therapy regarding onboarding documentation.
  • Serves as backup for assigned Account Manager(s) when they are out of the office, to include follow up with Clients and recruiters on submittals and pending starts.
  • Performs other sub vendor communication as directed by manager or account manager when needed
  • Ability and willingness to negotiate on bill rate changes when needed.
  • Ability and willingness to troubleshoot client cancel requests, including clinician performance issues when reported, and work with recruitment and account management leaders to determine and provide client with alternates to cancellation.
  • Update job board as directed by Account Manager or Director Client Services
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • One year or more of work experience
  • Healthcare Staffing Industry experience strongly preferred
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Competent use of MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with and ability to learn software applications and systems required by job content.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service.
