ANG

Associate Network Groups

Our Associate Network Groups (ANGs) foster belonging, connection and growth for associates working across the organization. An integral thread of our culture, ANGs are formed based on shared interests and are open to all associates. The groups – which include Young Professionals, PRIDE, People of Color, Veterans, Women and All Faith Networks – foster unique opportunities to drive innovation; make new connections; focus on professional development, networking, and mentoring; advance leadership skills; build camaraderie; and come together to serve in the community.

Through activities that include guest speakers, book clubs, coffee talks, webinars, volunteer events and heritage month recognitions, our ANGs celebrate each person’s uniqueness, foster an environment where associates can be their authentic selves, and provide a place where all can connect and belong.

Learning & Development

Our Learning and Development team is committed to fostering a culture of continuous growth and development for all associates. Our tailored workshops, tools and resources equip associates to reach their greatest potential while navigating their unique career journeys.

Through Jackson Healthcare University, licensed facilitators offer in-person and virtual courses, focused on understanding behavioral motivators, developing emotional intelligence skills and communicating effectively. Associates have access to a vast library of thousands of on-demand courses for developing role-based and industry-specific skills and competencies.

Across the enterprise, we help associates build individual learning paths so they can continually grow their skills, deepen their impact and thrive.

Jackson Healthcare Fostering Leaders Program

Investing in our workforce professionals at all stages of their careers is core to our people development philosophy, and central to this focus is the Jackson Healthcare Fostering Leaders Program. This multi-tiered leadership development program blends cutting-edge content and industry insights with proven management science, creating rich environments for learning, innovation and growth. The program is delivered through dedicated, accredited internal professionals, who are experts in their fields.

Associate Volunteer Opportunities

Through our LoveLifts community impact initiative, our associates have year-round opportunities to volunteer individually or as a team. Our focus is on serving nonprofit organizations whose missions align with ours: improving access to healthcare and the wellbeing of young people.

Campus Amenities

Our corporate campus, inspired by an Italian city center, was purposefully designed to foster collaboration and communication, help our associates excel and reinforce our unique culture. From onsite amenities – including dining, childcare, a world-class fitness center and outdoor relaxation areas, like mini golf and bocce ball – to LoveLifts Village, which provides on-campus volunteer opportunities that support the nonprofit organizations co-located on our campus, associates benefit from a wide range of amenities and activities.
