Welcome to Jackson Healthcare’s Matching Gifts Program
With our mission to improve the delivery of patient care and the lives of everyone we touch, Jackson Healthcare seeks to support full-time associates who personally contribute time and money to non-profit organizations of their choice.
The Matching Gifts Program was born out of Jackson’s belief that financial rewards come with a responsibility to be stewards and servant leaders. An important way to “improve lives” locally, regionally and globally is to encourage and support the generous philanthropic activities of its associates.
Out of this mission and belief, this Program is designed and managed to increase each associate’s cash, securities and volunteer impact to qualifying organizations, while establishing clear guidelines to ensure the sustainability of this program.
How Matching Gifts Work
Jackson Healthcare (JH) will match, dollar-for-dollar, each donation made by each associate. For example, a $50 associate donation will be matched by JH, so the organization receives a total gift of $100.
JH will contribute $25 per hour for each hour an associate volunteers on personal time. Personal time can include non-business hours, such as evenings and weekends, as well as PTO and holidays.
*The maximum match per associate per year is $2,500, which is calculated as a combined total of an associate’s total giving during the calendar year.
Full-time associates and active members of the Board of Advisors of Jackson Healthcare and its operating companies are eligible to participate.
The qualify for matching gifts, organizations must have a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status with the Internal Revenue Service.*
How To Apply For Matching Funds
Once the donation or volunteer service is rendered, eligible associates should create an account with their company email address using the links below:
Important Deadline: To qualify, applications must be received no later than March 31st following the year in which the gift or service was rendered.
