Senior Financial Analyst

As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will work with every division across the organization to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend changes, that will increase the organization’s efficiency, enhance business processes, cut losses, and increase profits. A key responsibility is effectively communicating all findings at all levels of the business and help drive the process to implement change. This is an opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders across many departments to create solutions that will have a monumental impact on the organization.

Additional Details:

  • Plan and analyze many interconnected company initiatives and guide executive level stakeholders to make informed decisions about which initiatives are a priority and how to approach each to get the outcome that is desired. 

  • Optimize the use of data in the organization through maximizing user adoption and data literacy growth, while providing practical insights so that people can understand. 

  • Proactively anticipate issues and provide a perspective to leaders/teams for how to deliver practical solutions. 

  • Develop and monitor project plans, track, and follow-up on risks, accurately report progress against milestones to keep projects/initiatives on schedule. 

  • Establish consistency of data from various sources and assist in driving the automation of reports and analytics. 

  • Prioritize workload and multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while living our core values, Others First, Growth and Wisdom. 

  • Recognize, analyze, and communicate industry trends to drive organization effectiveness and deepen producer relationships. 

  • Develop business insights from trends identified in local markets and national perspectives to help leaders make more informed decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred 

  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role 

  • Advanced background using Microsoft Power BI 

  • Strong ability to automate functions and manage business process deadlines across all business units.  

  • Solid project management and problem-solving abilities. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present and interact with the President and Executive team.  

  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize projects in a time sensitive rapidly changing environment.  

  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently as well as apart of a broader team. 

  • Advanced data analysis skills with the ability to analyze business information and draw accurate conclusions.
