The Client Services Manager will have the primary responsibility of working directly with the Account Service’s Account Management team to provide multi-facet support as well as manage a variety of MSP/VMS programs based on the alignment and needs of the Account Services team (Float Capacity).

This role includes oversight of all elements of a MSP or VMS programs and customer service for assigned Clients, including: posting jobs, submittals, compliance follow up, extension processing, client and vendor communication & follow up (exceptions/approvals etc), reporting, and data entry/maintenance and will have a high degree of interaction with account managers and clients.
The Client Services Manager will partner with Sr. Account Manager/Workforce Director and they will also be expected to float to other HWL AM where and when needed for covering when AM is unavailable.

  • Serve as a SME  for aligned Client’s and in accordance with the implementation team, including: meetings/calls with clients to define workflows, and seamlessly onboard for day to day management.

  • Coordinate Client and Agency user training efforts in conjunction with other members of the implementation team.

  • Contribute to implementation planning efforts by providing insight and knowledge with respect to staffing requirements and workflow approaches.

  • Assist with the preparation of communication materials for Clients and Agencies related to the introduction of the MSP/VMS program.

  • Manage day-to-day process of onboarding Agencies who will be providing staffing services to Client(s).

  • Acts as a single point of contact between HWL and MSP clients and agencies.

  • Works closely with account managers to ensure MSP client’s full service fulfillment model within HWL platform is met. Such as: posting jobs, submittals, compliance follow up, extension processing, client and vendor communication & follow up (exceptions/approvals etc.), reporting, and data entry/maintenance and will have a high degree of interaction with account managers and clients. 

  • Acts as the Float Account manager for client services and will perform all tasks to support full service fulfillment of temporary staffing.

  • High school graduate or equivalent.  B.S. Degree preferred

  • Basic understanding of physician staffing process

  • 1-3 year or more of related experience in healthcare recruiting or a related field

  • Good customer service and public relations

  • Knowledge of related computer applications including database entry

  • Excellent phone skills

  • Able to work well independently and in a team environment

  • Attention to detail and solid organizational skills

  • Solid sales skills with proven track record of success
