Account Executive, National Accounts

Overview

The National Accounts Account Executive is primarily responsible for the development of new business and expansion of new service lines within existing National Accounts. Primary National Accounts targets include small to large health systems and select targeted accounts mutually agreed upon between you and your manager. The Account Executive will develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue goals for new and existing clients by maintaining and expanding relationships with key decision makers.

Additional Details:

  • Achieve “new business” goals and objectives as outlined by management.

  • Work with specialty divisions to develop and implement growth strategies to expand footprint with existing

  • clients.

  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) as outlined by management (in person client visits, phone calls, contracts sent/received, orders opened, bookings, etc.)

  • Prospects and networks for new business and seeks opportunities to increase business with current clients.

  • Conducts regular calls to develop customer relationships and follow up on leads with current managed accounts .

  • Ensures that assigned sales accounts are serviced in accordance with Company

  • standards and policies.

  • Ensures that clients are satisfied with Provider and Company services and are well supported.

  • Obtains customer feedback and continually works to improve services.

  • Resolves customer requests, complaints, and issues.

  • Travel to targeted National Accounts as needed.

  • Assumes responsibilities for establishing and maintaining professional business relations with assigned national accounts.

  • Completes special projects as required.

  • Function as the single point of contact (SPOC) for assigned accounts.

  • Serves as liaison between JCLT sales divisions and Client.

  • Provide name clears and presents to client in accordance with contract requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with the contract terms and placement requirements.

  • Ensure all communication and data is documented accurately in CRM.

  • Completes special projects as required.

  • Review provider presents with recruiters to ensure that all requirements have been fulfilled before submitting to client contract.

  • Work with specialty division to develop and implement growth strategies to expand footprint with existing clients.

  • Assumes responsibilities for establishing and maintaining professional business relations with assigned strategic accounts in accordance with company standards and policies.

  • Maintains existing clients accounts, acknowledges and handles taking care of their needs, assures their satisfaction, and find solutions to any issues.

  • Provide client updates with JCLT database.

  • Manage financial reporting for a select group of strategic account clients

  • Obtains customer feedback and continually works to improve services.

  • Resolves customer requests, complaints, and problems.

Requirements:

  • Strong sales abilities

  • Strong interpersonal and public relations skills

  • Excellent phone skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills

  • Knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

  • Ability to prepare correspondence, proposals, contracts, price quotes, and bids

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to interact at all levels of business

  • Able to manage and coordinate projects

  • Ability to create and implement client execution strategies

  • Knowledge of company services.

  • Industry knowledge preferred but not required and basic understanding of healthcare recruiting processes and strategies.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business management (or a related field) or

  • equivalent experience.

  • Previous locum tenens experience preferred, but not required.

  •  Healthcare sales experience preferred, but not required.

  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience required.
